Im looking for one crew chief who can get the job done on time the right way. Full time. Must be 100 percent capable of building and repairing all types of decks without needing my help. Must be able to do covered decks and roof tie-ins etc. as well. Other construction experience is preferred but not required. I would rather hire the right guy with right mindset that can only do decks then hire a jack of all trades. Must have truck and tools. 30 and hour starting out for the right guy.
