We are looking for skilled concrete flat work guys in Northeastern, Tennessee Tri-Cities. The applicant should have a minimum five years experience in concrete flat work floors for building, warehouses, parking structures, power plants, and any other concrete structures. Patching and repair work as well.
Applicants will need to have: Valid Driver License, 2 forms of ID for I-9, OSHA 10 for Construction, your own Hand Tools. You will need to submit to drug screen and background check for most job sites at TVA or Military sites.
The Pay is relative to your experience: if you can run a walk behind and or ridding troweling machine you are considered a full journeyman and top rate of pay. Pay will be $25-36/hr. And also includes health insurance and retirement at no cost to the employee.
