Ameri-Dry has been protecting homes across East Tennessee for over 45 years. We're looking for an experienced Foreman to take responsibility for our basement waterproofing and foundation repair projects from start to finish—leading the crew, keeping jobs on schedule, and making sure every project meets our standards.
This is a working foreman position. You'll lead the crew, but you'll also be expected to work alongside them and set the standard for quality, productivity, and professionalism.
You'll be the one on-site making the calls: assigning work, coordinating the job, communicating with the homeowner, solving problems as they arise, and making sure the work is done right before leaving the property.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience leading or supervising a crew in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, or a closely related trade
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on basement waterproofing or foundation repair experience
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and explain the work being performed
• Ability to motivate a crew and maintain a productive job site
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable attendance and the ability to hold your crew to the same standard
