... There are target areas which strongly appeal to my tastes and lifestyle.
... The biggest check marks come from areas with : a) a mild climate and, b) reasonable rents and, c) entertainment and medical ( medical being similar to what is common practice here in the U.S. ) and, c) utilities and food being reasonable.
... The target areas are most if not all of Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Croatia, Malta, Greece. Mainly, the Mediterranean Countries.
... Certain South Pacific areas are also on the consideration map. Anything China or Vietnam or Laos is not on the map.
... The ideal person for this would be a male or female with like interests and able to be a 50/50 split on all rental/utilities/ food.
... The un-ideal person is one who thinks this is a free meal ticket for 'benefits.' Don't bother.. LOL
