2018 OTTB Mare - $3,000 (Telford)

“Squirt” is an 8 year old, 15.2hh of the track thoroughbred. She has a few uncomplicated post-track rides, but her main job has been being a broodmare for the past few years. She had a 2025 filly and was a phenomenal mother, with a picture perfect pregnancy and delivery. She was lined up to carry an embryo this year, but at no fault of her own it didn’t work out. We love her, but sadly she would better serve someone else at this time. She would be a great addition to anyone’s broodmare or recip herd, or a great project for someone with more time on their hands, that has experience with OTTBs. With that being said, she is NOT a kids horse, she is very green. So don’t ask me if she would be a good fit for Billy Bobs cousins, 9yo step kid. She needs someone that has experience with these horses. I am listing her before we put anymore time and resources into her. Her price will increase after she has more training. A great home is a non-negotiable.
