Learn the basics of rabbit processing. James and Audra Holmes will expertly guide you through rabbit dispatching, skinning, and cleaning. You can take home the rabbit you processed, packaged up and ready to cook or freeze. All materials will be provided, dress in clothes that can get a little messy.

Included in the ticket price is the option to bring a guest. 1 rabbit and 1 boning knife will be supplied per ticket.

All of our events are held rain or shine. Please dress for the weather.

Our workshops are kept very small to provide our students with the best instruction. This class is limited to 2 tickets, so don't hesitate and reserve your spot today!
