This mare has had more handling than originally expected. (I purchased her under the impression she was feral.) She ties well, has good ground manners, lunges both directions, and rides quietly. She is still green but very willing and straightforward to work with. Not spooky, very gentle, and truly kind-natured with no meanness to her.
She is harder to catch in a large pasture without feed but handles well in smaller areas, but has recently been meeting us at the gate and very easy to catch.
She recently had a foal weaned and will benefit from added weight and conditioning after spending time turned out raising babies.
Big, pretty mare with a great brain and smooth gait that will only improve with finishing and miles.
