Huge estate sale. ONE pack rat hoarding family member! We were hoping to have all his warehouses and buildings cleaned out last summer, now we're down to the last two buildings and hope to have it all by the end of this fall! We are still cleaning out buildings, but this post has the pictures taken today (June 14th).

We have new flat screen TVs, old musical instruments, old radios, new DVDs and CDs, CD players and phonographs, old furniture, newer furniture. Mason/Kerr/Atlas jars, milk glass, china, home health and beauty aids, office supplies, plumbing supplies, old barn fans and lighting, planters and planter stands, old hand tools, etc.

For the crafter/sewer we have yards of fabrics (not scraps), by the bag; only $1.00 per bag and most are 4-6 yards each. We have FINALLY sold the old grist mill the uncle collected but now have the unstamped flour sacks from the mill. Currently selling from one unsealed tub of sacks. The larger 27" x longer length are $1.00 each. The shorter 20" x 20" unmarked sacks are .50 each. All of these sacks we are currently selling have been dyed and color varies from cream to mauve. Mill stone was dated 1933 and the mill closed in the 1970's, but these sacks were meticulously stored in a plastic lined air tight/water tight/ light tight drum on the second floor of the barn we are cleaning out. (See last photo). PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE WITH THESE PARTICULAR ITEMS. THANKS!

Ladies clothing (size medium to 1XL ), from 25 cents to 1.00.

"Guy things", or as the wife calls them, "Man Cave Items". Military items, including clothing, old enamel over cast iron bathtubs, electrical supplies, Gravely tractors and parts, even a 1948 John Deere tractor that runs well with attachments.

Also have old interior doors, exterior aluminum doors, wood screen doors, aluminum storm doors, old windows, old LARGE window screens (many copper screens), in wood casements.

Hope to see you!
