This item is designed to rapidly bring the temperature of very hot food, down to a more presentable serving temperature.
Originally this item was purchased for a restaurant that seldom used it, so it is in excellent condition!
This is a heavy duty piece of equipment made very well, using mostly stainless steel for the exterior surfaces.
This is a commercial / industrial grade item intended for Restaurant and other Food Service uses.

Runs on 208 volts.
All that this freezer needs is a routine cleaning and a basic sanitizing and it's good to go!
