The Erwin Elks Lodge is seeking a Cook/Entrepreneur to utilize their kitchen facility. There will be no cost associated with use of the facility and all utility costs will be absorbed by the Elks Lodge. The candidate will purchase their own food and supplies, set their own prices and keep all profits. The days and hours of operation will be discussed during the interview and may be subject to revision depending on special events.
