What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Support: As the in-office CSR, you’ll be responsible for answering customer calls promptly during designated hours, providing a warm, helpful, and professional experience to every caller.
Call Reviews and Coaching: Review daily calls, identify areas for improvement, and conduct coaching sessions with your team to ensure consistent high-quality service.
FSM Management: Manage all customer interaction through HouseCall Pro, ensuring accurate documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with Other Teams: Work alongside dispatch, sales, and field teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain Service Standards: Ensure that each CSR upholds our high customer service standards and maintains the company’s reputation for excellence.
You’re a Strong Fit If You Bring
HouseCall Pro Proficiency: You’re highly skilled in using HouseCall Pro to manage customer calls, scheduling, and team coordination.
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and lead a team, with experience in providing daily cadences, coaching, and call reviews.
Excellent Communication Skills: You’re articulate, patient, and clear in both written and verbal communication. You can manage difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
Time Management: You’re able to balance the demands of answering customer calls and maintaining accurate and pristine customer records, ensuring that neither responsibility suffers.
Problem-Solving Mindset: You’re resourceful and able to think on your feet when resolving customer issues or helping your team with challenges.
Positive Attitude and Team Spirit: You bring enthusiasm to the role and work collaboratively with others to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00/ hour onwards
Schedule:
Year-round work
Must be available during designated customer service hours, in the office 8:00AM to 5:00 PM on all weekdays.
