Just in time for summer. This Child's Playhouse is just right for kids of all ages. A challenging climb up the rock wall or shimmy up the rope will get your kids up to the carpeted fort platform. Then to get down they go down a speedy slide. The inside playhouse (4' x 6') is equipped with a large blackboard for the kids to play games or leave messages and the floor is painted with heavy duty porch paint. The covered porch measures 6' x 2'.The playhouse has two open windows and nicely decorated with planters and shutters. We use tong and groove siding that is sturdy and fashionable. The whole playhouse is sprayed with wood preservative inside and out. I am offering this playhouse delivered and setup. We have to get the trailer to the spot that the playhouse will be setup. I can also add a two swing option to this playhouse for $450. This would be added to one or the other side of the playhouse. If you have a trailer and help and want to pickup the playhouse yourself, I'll give you a $300 discount. The only assembly would be to reinstall the slide.
I used to own a shed building business for years and built these and other models of playhouses in addition to the sheds. I would crate some of our playhouse models and ship them all over the country. I have been in the restaurant business for the last 12 years and just recently sold and retired. I want to build a couple of playhouses a month and this is my start. It turned out great and will last for years.
